The story of this serial revolves around the lives of three people. Imlie, Aditya and Pakhi. Aditya was a very famous journalist and had a great job in a media company he had to go to the village of Pagdandia where he got stuck with its rules as he was forced to marry a young girl, Imlie because they spent a night together and villager misunderstand it. After that, he brought her to the City and the life of that village girl changed and now she started to see big dreams. Aditya introduced her to his family as a maid because he was in love with Pakhi and he never wanted to tell them the truth and he wanted to marry Pakhi.
Their wedding date was fixed and after some time, Aditya decided to reveal the truth because he got tired of being hidden from all these things for that sake he told the whole matter to the Pakhi and she believed him and asked him to get divorced to her and then they got married.
Aditya got married to Imlie and she started to live in a rented apartment she started her new life by being part of a media company where she worked hard and achieved a very high post in a very short period of time. On the other hand, Aditya and Pakhi got married to each other. Aditya also takes care of Imlie because she has no one and she is all alone in the city. Imlie soon became a very famous journalist and then she went to that village and took action against the rules of that village and she won her argument about that thing after all these things she got more famous and then she met with someone from her company Rahul and then they started to fell for each other as Rahul belong to her village too and she loves him too.
After some time she came to know that Rahul fell for her just to get fame and become popular in the media. After that, she left him and started to live alone. On the other hand, Aditya died in an airplane crash while going to another country and Pakhi remains alone.
